Business Intelligence

Go beyond the data: investigate, explore, and uncover what really matters.

Why Use Business Intelligence?

Reports tell you what happened.
Business intelligence helps you find out why it happened, what it means, and what could happen next.

  • Investigating anomalies and digging into root causes.

Beyond the Surface: BI tools let you drill down, pivot, and filter data, making it easy to answer complex questions.

  • Exploring unique scenarios and uncovering hidden patterns.

Scenario Exploration: Test ‘what-if’ cases and analyze different outcomes to prepare for the future.

  • Asking better qustions as new challenges arise.

Root Cause Analysis: Uncover the story behind the numbers and understand why changes are happening.

  • Supporting decisions with clear, actionable insights.

Dynamic Discovery: Unlike static reports, BI enables constant exploration as your business evolves.

  • Connecting multiple data sources.

Unified Insights: Connect multiple data sources seamlessly to create a single, comprehensive view of your business.

Whether you’re troubleshooting unexpected trends, modeling future outcomes, or validating a strategy, Business Intelligence empowers you to explore the possibilities and stay informed.
Business intelligence solutions focused on data from ERP systems, operational platforms, and reporting sources into usable reporting models.

These projects support both site-level reporting and corporate rollup reporting, helping teams compare performance across locations, subsidiaries, and business units.

  • Cross-ERP Data Warehouse Consolidation

Designed a centralized data warehouse to consolidate information from multiple ERP systems across several subsidiaries.

The solution brought together data from JD Edwards, Deacom, ProcessPro, and Dynamics GP, allowing users to report at the site level while also supporting corporate rollup reporting across the organization.

  • NetSuite to Power BI Reporting

Built reporting datasets and Power BI models using NetSuite data from SuiteQL queries, saved searches, and analytics datasets.

The project focused on making NetSuite data easier to analyze, combining operational and financial information into reports designed for business users.

  • On-Prem ERP to Power BI Integration

Integrated data from several on-premise ERP systems into Power BI reporting models.

Supported reporting from systems such as Deacom ERP, Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, and ProcessPro, giving business users better visibility into operational and financial data.

  • Redzone to Power BI Reporting

Built a Power BI reporting solution for Redzone data where the officially supported reporting path was Tableau.

The customer standardized on Power BI, so the project focused on extracting and shaping Redzone data into a format that could support their existing reporting environment. This allowed the business to review production and operational data without adding a separate BI platform.
